The Friends of Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls, Inc. (FOSH) is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with Board Members who fundraise on behalf of Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls. FOSH is organized under Pennsylvania law exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. The corporation is registered with the Internal Revenue Service under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. All funds raised by the corporation are managed and maintained independently by FOSH and securely designated for use at the Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls.
